BuryILD are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 2025 Real Living Wage Champion Awards.

We have been registered as a Real Living Wage employer for 3 years and we are just elated to have been nominated and shortlisted for this award.

The Living Wage Champion Awards celebrate the individuals and organisations who have made an outstanding contribution to the Living Wage movement. The awards recognise the efforts of those across different sectors - from Health and Social care to Hospitality, and from those championing the Living Wage in their local areas to national businesses – it celebrates the people across our network who have created real change and gone above and beyond to champion the Living Wage and grow the movement. 

We believe our workforce are the heartbeat of this Charity and are committed to paying above the Real Living Wage every year.

£12.60 is the UK Living Wage at present and we pay over £13.00 from the start. There are over 15,000 Living Wage Employers registered under the foundation and we are proud to be just one of them.
